Dental implants are fantastic way to replace missing teeth. This is done with small titanium screws that act like artificial tooth roots. They’re surgically placed into the jawbone, and over time they bond with the bone in a process called osseointegration (don’t worry, it all happens under the gum, where you can’t see it!).
Once healing is complete, we can attach either a crown to replace a single tooth or a bridge/denture to replace several teeth. Implants feel stable, look natural, and are the closest thing to having your own teeth back.
